Jaime Nalson - Operations Manager

Over 5 years experience of working in the leisure industry. I started KAL as a leisure attendant, then as a duty manager/acting operations manager at Batley Sports and Tennis Centre. I have recently been appointed to operations manager of Whitcliffe Mount Sports Centre.

History

• Originally planned and initiated by Spenborough District Council prior to becoming part of Kirklees Council.
• Originally planned to be built by Spenborough Swimming Pool until KMC agreed to fund 50% if built at Whitcliffe Mount as part of the new school development, and hence it became a Dual Use Site.
• Opened in 1974
• Two extra squash courts built in 1978
• Fitness Suite added in 2008
