Kirklees Active Leisure is delighted to take part in the Government's Free Swimming initiative.
There are more than 200 hours of free swimming for people aged 16 and under and 60 and over during public swim times.

To date, more than 23,000 people have registered for the scheme. To register, go to any of our centres and pay a one-off fee of £2 for a MORE card.

Free Swimming Lessons
Kirklees Active Leisure is offering beginners swimming lessons for FREE.
The lessons are aimed at customers aged 11 – 17 & 60+yrs.
The lessons will be taking place at:
Scissett Baths
Wednesday 13th January - 6.15 – 7.00pm 60+ yrs (6 weeks)
Saturday 16th January - 1.45 - 2.45pm & 2.45 – 3.30pm 11-17yrs for children with disabilities (6 weeks)
Holmfirth Swimming Pool
Sunday 17th January - 3.00 –3.45pm 60+ yrs (6 weeks)
