Regional Managers

KAL has two Regional Managers who link KAL's Operations Function with the Support Function.

Leah Cooper
Regional Manager North Kirklees
(Includes Batley Baths, Batley Sports & Tennis Centre, Dewsbury Sports Centre, Spenborough Pool & Sports Complex, Whitcliffe Mount Sports Centre)

Leah moved to Leeds from Scarborough, where she gained many years experience in the health and fitness industry working in private health clubs. She also worked as a hotel manager and gained invaluable experience with West Yorkshire Police.

Leah said: “My passion is fitness but I am also interested in the community side of the business which is an important part of this new role. I am interested in getting children into fitness but also in encouraging them to keep active after they reach 16 years old.”

Leah takes part in many sports including mountain biking, watersports and tennis, and loves travelling.
