Online Bookings - Huddersfield Sports Centre

Due to a technical IT fault at Huddersfield Sports Centre we have temporarily disabled some online booking activities. If you have already booked please take confirmation of your booking to the Sports Centre as this will help us serve you during this fault. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

This message only applies to Huddersfield Sports Centre, all our other facilities are operating as usual.

New Registrations

  • If you are registering online and are entitled to a discount (for example Kirklees Passport holders) you will not recieve discounted prices online until you have first presented proof of your discount at one of our centres.

 

General Terms & Conditions

  • Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance if you hold a current KAL Card or 5 days if you don't.

  • Bookings can be made in person, by telephone or online.

  • The online bookings service is available 24 hours per day.

  • Customers will need their membership number and PIN number to login to the online bookings service.

  • Payment must be made at the time of booking. Failure to make payment will result in your booking automatically being removed.

  • Bookings made online will be confirmed by email to your nominated email address. We recommend that you print out a copy of this confirmation email and retain it for your records. If you do not get a confirmation email please contact the leisure centre you booked at directly to ensure you have a space booked. Centre contact details can be found here.

 

Important Information

  • Please note it is your responsibility to check you have booked the correct venue, session, time and date as Kirklees Active Leisure are under no obligation to rectify mistakes.

 

  • Refunds will only be provided at the discretion of the management. The cancellation rights contained in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (ammended 2005) do not apply to bookings activities.
