Parties and Celebrations
The Windsor suite is located on entrance level with access via the main reception; the room is equipped with a mixture of fixed and free standing furniture and has access within the room to both male and female facilities.
The Windsor Suite is an ideal venue for birthdays, christenings, weddings and leaving do’s and Christmas office parties. The Windsor suite can accommodate up to 180 guests, the room can be reduced or expanded to meet your requirements. The room is available for hire any time during the centre’s opening hours with late licence available Friday and Saturday evenings.
For larger events or celebrations, consider our sports hall maximum capacity 1200 approx dependant on requirements.
Catering -
We are more than happy to cater for your function; alternatively self catering is available.
Buffets start from £6.50 per person (Minimum cater 80% of guests).
Hot suppers from £4.99 per guest
Sit down meals are also available, please contact the catering team for further information.
Unfortunatly we are unable to offer discount on self catered functions, self catered functions have no use of kitchen facilities, heating or warming facilities.
We ask that you abide by food safety regulations, food must be consumed within 2hrs of presentation.
Bar - 
Our bar is well stocked and offers a selection of bottled larger, cider and alco pops. We also offer a good selection of non alcoholic drinks and juices. We offer two premium lagers, as well as John Smiths Smooth and Strong Bow cider.
All competitively priced, if we do not stock your favourite tipple please ask as we may be able to supply.
Windsor Bar and Confrence Room Hire Taffif -
Charges include all tables and chairs, fully staffed bar (ratio 1 bar person per 50 guests), on the day we are happy to take deliveries of flowers, cakes and store until your arrival.
Corkage -
No drinks, either alcoholic or non-alcoholic, may be brought onto the premises unless pre-arranged and with an appropriate Corkage charge levied.
PAT Testing of equipment -
DJ equipment must hold a PAT tested certificate. We do have the means to PAT test on site but must be undertaken prior to the date of function. Charge is applicable.
Children’s Parties
If you are stuck for ideas for your child's party, Huddersfield Sports Centre has the facilities to make your children have an enjoyable time with all their friends and family!!!
