Gymnastics
- Seven KAL centres run gymnastics courses
- All coaches are CRB checked & British Gymnastics qualified
- To register for a place at any of the sport centres, ask directly with the centre for availability
Types of Classes
- Pre-school: parents stay and work with their children, learning fine and gross motor skills, interaction with other children, colours, shapes and numbers and the basic skills for gymnastics
- Recreational Gym (beginners/int/adv) - range from 4 to 16 years old. Children work through British Gymnastics Award Scheme
